 通过以上分析可知,扭矩系数K是拧紧扭矩转化成预紧力的中间系数,其大小直接影响预紧力的大小,而K值是由螺纹常数和摩擦系数共同决定的,由式(1)(2)不难看出,当螺纹常数一定的情况下,摩擦系数的平均偏差大,就会导致预紧力产生大的波动;倘若摩擦系数太低,拧紧扭矩转换成夹紧力比例就大,导致预紧力过大,造成螺栓的损伤;反之,大部分拧紧扭矩就会用于克服摩擦,导致达不到所需要的螺栓夹紧力。因此,为更好的控制轴向预紧力,保证装配质量,就要严格控制螺栓的摩擦系数。
